We absolutely loved the Calmbirth classes.
Our knowledge has expanded beyond what we ever expected. It has given us so much beneficial information and practices to help during labour, both physically and mentally.
Cherie was wonderful at explaining everything in great detail, which was highly interesting.
We have learnt that knowledge is power, and have gained so much confidence around the process of birth
