Frazer Phillip Duggan

Introducing our gorgeous baby boy Frazer Phillip Duggan. Born 8 June 2021. He was a tiny 2.686kg and was in a rush to meet us, arriving in around 3.5 hours.

Although we didn’t get the time to use a lot of the calm birth techniques we planned to, our mindset, breathing, Deans encouraging words, cold cloths and massage helped massively.
